Phil Davis

Phil Davis currently serves as the Director of ESG & Impact at Helios Investment Partners, where responsibilities include overseeing ESG strategies throughout the investment lifecycle and presenting Helios’ approach to various stakeholders. Previously, Phil held the position of Head of Sustainability for EMEA at The Carlyle Group, focusing on ESG issues across investment processes, and served as an Assistant Director at PwC UK, specializing in ESG due diligence for private equity clients. Additionally, Phil is a member of the Private Equity Advisory Committee at Principles for Responsible Investment, advising on private equity strategies. Phil began professional endeavors as an Environmental Consultant at AMEC, concentrating on HSE due diligence in the resource sectors. Phil holds a BSc in Environmental Management from the University of Birmingham.
