Grace Sai

Co-founder & CEO at Unravel Carbon

Grace Sai has a long history of work experience in various fields. In 2022, they became the Co-Founder of Unravel Carbon, an enterprise software that helps companies track and reduce their carbon emissions in Asia. From 2016-2022, they were the Kauffman Fellow and Managing Partner of Found Ventures, a venture fund that invests in early-stage tech ventures in Southeast Asia. In 2019, they founded and became the CEO of Ravel Innovation, a company that designs and builds corporate innovation programs for Asia's most progressive organisations and governments. From 2012-2019, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Found8, a network of innovation campuses, and was a member of the Fairness Advisory Board for Ben & Jerry's. From 2014-2019, they were an Advisor and Director for the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre, advising the Malaysian government on its national strategy for Social Entrepreneurship. Grace was also the Head of Singapore for Toniic LLC from 2014-2019. In 2008, they founded Books for Hope, a company that brings libraries and world education to rural and marginalized communities. From 2010-2012, they were a part of the Nanyang Technopreneurship Center at Nanyang Technological University.

Grace Sai began their educational journey in 2009 when they earned an MBA from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. From 2015 to 2018, they attended INSEAD, where they earned an Executive Masters in Coaching and Consulting for Change (Org. Psychology) in Organizational Leadership. During the same period, they were also a Kauffman Fellow, earning their Fellowship in Venture Capital. In 2022, they are expected to attend Y Combinator.
