Govind Mishra

Govind Mishra is a Senior Software Engineer (MTS-III) at Unravel Data since July 2021, where responsibilities include designing and implementing a unified monitoring service for Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks, capturing millions of performance metrics daily, and architecting a scalable framework for data cataloging and insights. Prior experience includes a role as Software Engineer - II at eGain Corporation from April 2019 to June 2021, where enhancements were made to the eGain Virtual Assistant Chatbot, using LUIS for improved customer service. Govind began the career as a Software Engineer at Wipro Ltd. in India from March 2017 to March 2019 and completed a summer internship at HP in 2015. Govind holds a B.tech degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Patna, obtained in 2016.
