Viswanathan Purushothuman

Viswanathan Purushothuman is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in leading high-performing teams and delivering competitive features for major financial institutions and big data users. Currently serving as Lead Architect at Unravel Data since November 2022, Viswanathan previously held the position of Lead Architect at Huawei Technologies India from December 2010 to February 2023, where responsibilities included planning, designing, and developing for a Presto/Trino-based compute engine team. Earlier roles at Huawei included System Architect, Senior Technical Lead, Technical Project Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. Viswanathan began the career as a Software Engineer at Pixeltek Info Solutions from August 2008 to December 2010. Viswanathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai, completed in 2008.
