Lauren Doneski

Lauren Doneski is the founder of UnrealX, a company dedicated to architecting transformative realities in the consulting space, established in April 2025. Prior to this role, Lauren served as the Director of Business Development at GeoSurfaces in the synthetic turf industry from January 2023 to May 2025. A professional in sports, Lauren has experience as a varsity head coach for volleyball at Matignon High School and previously held coaching positions in softball at the University of New England and Lynn, MA. Additionally, Lauren has worked in various roles including business analyst in the construction technology industry and director of operations in the synthetic turf sector. Lauren's career also includes an assistant account executive position with Shamrock Sports & Entertainment and a summer internship focused on sales and marketing with the Old Orchard Beach Surge. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Sports Management and Communications from the University of New England.
