Kelly Trace

Senior Manager, Global Partnerships at Unreasonable Group

Kelly is a fiercely compassionate leader with more than a decade’s worth of experience in accelerating meaningful and measurable social impact through strategic partnerships. Her work has included coming together with multinational corporations, consumer-facing brands, high-net-worth individuals, and private foundations to address some of the most pressing social and environmental challenges. She has collaborated with values-aligned partners to secure more than $12 million for mission-driven organizations helping to accelerate sustainable access to water and sanitation, improve the livelihoods of smallholder farmers, and use social entrepreneurship and market-based solutions to end poverty. Kelly is deeply passionate about addressing systemic power dynamics to make philanthropy and access to capital more equitable and effective by allocating more resources to historically marginalized groups who are best equipped to solve the problems facing their communities.

Kelly received her MBA with a specialization in sustainability from the University of Colorado Denver and her BA in Environmental Studies and Community and International Development from the University of Vermont.
