As the Manager, Portfolio and Fund Operations at Unreasonable Collective, Naomi onboards our investments, leads in structuring our investment vehicles, and drives value across our portfolio investee companies - post-investment, to support founders' and their teams' success from a strategic and commercial standpoint.
Naomi has over 10 years of experience in various project management roles delivering private sector, management and business development advisory services for SME development interventions supporting businesses in various aspects of their investments and operations across sectors; as well as serving as a catalyst for successful start-up and ongoing investment readiness and technical assistance support programs for SMEs in Sub-Saharan Africa. She has managed a European Union Trust Fund Project supporting SME development while working with Danish Refugee Council, delivered and managed an IFC/UNDP SME development program (ATMS program) implemented across Africa while working with African Management Services Company (AMSCO); as well as, managed private sector engagement programs during the same period.
