Nolan Fuller

Nolan Fuller is a seasoned professional in the sports industry with a robust background in operations, strategic growth, and player programming. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations and Strategic Growth for Individual Player Programming at Unrivaled Sports since January 2025, Nolan previously held the position of Director of Baseball Operations at Factory Athletics from September 2023 to February 2025. Nolan's experience also includes founding and leading Training Without Borders as CEO from March 2021 to September 2023. Prior to these roles, Nolan spent nearly a decade at Factory Athletics, where various titles included Senior Director of Baseball Player Development Events and Baseball Operations Coordinator. Nolan began a career in baseball as an Assistant Baseball Coach at the University of South Carolina Beaufort after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the same institution in 2012.
