Ira E. Ritter

Mr. Ritter co-founded Ritter Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and served as Chief Strategic Officer and Executive Chairman from its 2004 inception through its sale in 2020. Mr. Ritter has extensive experience creating and building diverse business enterprises, as well as, providing corporate management, strategic planning and financial consulting for a wide range of market segments including; health and beauty product national distribution (Quality King Distributors Inc.), private label production (General Nutrition Centers Inc. and K-Mart Inc.), television broadcast, programming and subscription television (ON-TV/Oak Media division of Oak Industries) and publisher of national consumer magazines and bestseller books.

He assisted in taking Ritter Pharmaceuticals public on Nasdaq and Martin Lawrence Galleries public on the New York Stock Exchange. Since 2010, Mr. Ritter also is a managing partner of Stonehenge Partners. Presently he is on the Board of Directors for Qualigen Therapeutics, Inc. and on the Advisory Board for Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School of Social Entrepreneurship and Change. He has served as Board of Director for Vitavis Laboratories and SCWorx.

Mr. Ritter has a long history of public service including appointments by three California Governors to several State Commissions including eight years as Commissioner on the California Prison Industry Authority. He has guest lectured at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business.
