Julia Wetzel-Edstrom

Julia Wetzel-Edstrom has been working in the professional world since 2016. Julia began their career as a Childcare Provider, self-employed from 2016-2018. During this time, they increased customer base through referrals, networking and building relationships, as well as budgeting costs for weekly activities, meal plans and transportation. In 2018, they began working as a Server at Tom Reids Hockey City Pub, providing excellent customer service and performing duties in a fast-paced environment. Julia also ensured orders were correct, food was delivered on time, and tables were clean at all times. Additionally, they communicated and collaborated with co-workers to assist with food running and bussing tables. From 2016-2019, they also worked as a Hostess Server at Bulldog Pizza and Grill, where they gained customer service skills through greeting customers and making accommodations. Julia also managed and maintained reservation book, phone orders, and recorded messages, as well as multitasking serving and busing tables, taking orders, and bartending. In 2019, they began working at UNRL as an Intern, followed by Junior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Senior Account Manager.

Julia Wetzel-Edstrom attended Henry Sibley High School from 2012 to 2016. Julia then attended the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2016 to 2018, earning a Bachelor's degree. Julia continued their education at the University of Minnesota from 2018 to 2019, earning a degree in Business and Marketing Education with a focus in Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
