Marie-Louise Gowdy

Marie-Louise Gowdy is an experienced People and Culture Manager at UNRVLD, having joined in October 2015 after the award-winning Made to Engage team became part of UNRVLD in February 2022. In current and previous roles, Marie-Louise has excelled in attracting, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent, fostering a positive work environment through various engagement initiatives. Prior to UNRVLD, Marie-Louise served as a Digital Account Manager at BeingOnline, managing digital marketing for Stena Line, and held marketing and project coordination roles at WHITE YOUNG GREEN LIMITED and Rodney Miller Associates, respectively. Marie-Louise holds a BA Hons degree in Business Studies with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Ulster - Magee Campus, completed in 2002.
