Than Baardson

Than Baardson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and advocacy. Currently serving as a Committee Member for the Slavery and Trafficking Risk Template (STRT) Development Committee and an Advisory Council Member for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, Than actively contributes to initiatives combating human trafficking. As CEO and Cofounder of Unseen, a nonprofit accelerator dedicated to ending human trafficking, Than oversees programs operating in 30 countries, enhancing global rescue efforts. Furthermore, Than has a long-standing role in the North Dakota Air National Guard as a Public Affairs Specialist, Broadcast Journalist, and Firefighter, while also serving on the board of the YMCA of Cass and Clay Counties and previously on the Advisory Council of the Women's Economic Imperative. Than earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from North Dakota State University and attended Minnesota State University Moorhead.
