Natalia Kostygova has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Natalia started their career as a Narrative Designer trainee at Creat Studios from October 2010 to June 2012. Natalia then worked as a 2D Artist at Noberuti Games from August 2012 to October 2012 and at Game Industry from December 2012 to May 2013. During this time, they also freelanced as a Graphic designer and 2D Artist, creating various communication media and art assets for indie games.
In 2013, Natalia worked as a Graphic designer and 2D Artist freelancer, where they designed a wide range of communication media and provided artwork for multiple indie games.
From 2014 to 2015, they freelanced as an Artist at Indee Interactive and as a 2D Artist at Wyse Games for short periods.
In 2016, Natalia joined Playrix as a Marketing Designer and later transitioned to the role of Graphic Designer in the Event Department. Natalia was responsible for creating branded merchandise, developing the company's brand, and creating a visual identity for internal and company-wide events. Natalia worked on large-scale events such as PlayrixCON 2018 and PlayrixCON 2019.
From 2019 to 2020, Natalia worked at Playrix as a UI/UX Designer, where they applied their graphic design background to game user interfaces. Their responsibilities included designing and creating UI concepts and components, collaborating with game designers and engineers, and creating wireframes and mockups for new in-game features.
In 2020, Natalia joined Sperasoft as a User Interface Artist, where they worked on the Star Atlas project using Unreal Engine 5. Natalia later advanced to the position of Senior UI Artist. Their current role at Sperasoft is not specified, but they are still involved in the project.

Natalia Kostygova earned a Master of Arts degree in Game and Interactive Media Design from the University of the Humanities and Social Sciences, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. In 2009, they also obtained a certification in Digital Painting and Concept Art from the RealTime School. Later, in 2019, Natalia completed an internship in UI/UX Design at Playrix.
