Andy Hamilton

Andy Hamilton currently serves as the SVP of Engineering Operations at unspun™ since March 2024. Prior to this role, Hamilton was the Vice President of Manufacturing at Redwood Materials from January 2021 to 2024. A significant portion of professional experience was spent at Tesla from April 2010 to August 2020, where various leadership positions were held, including Director of SX General Assembly, Powertrain, and Production Control, overseeing equipment engineering and manufacturing processes. Additionally, Hamilton managed Production Planning and Material Flow operations at the Fremont Factory and held roles focusing on operations excellence and powertrain operations. Experience began as a Field Engineer at America Civil Constructors from September 2006 to April 2010. Hamilton holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
