Ian Fong has worked in various engineering roles since 2013. Ian began their career as a Quality Engineering Summer Intern at GE Aviation in 2013. In 2014, they studied abroad at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and worked as a Capstone Design Client Coordinator at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. In 2015, they were an Intern/Contractor at Bridge Design, a Ximedica company, where they assisted in the product development and mechanical design of medical and life science products. In 2016, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer and Contractor at Momentum Machines Company and as a Mechanical Engineering Post-Graduate Intern at LUNAR, where they built quick-turn prototypes to test and validate ID concepts. Since 2018, they have been a Mechanical Engineer at unspun inc.
Ian Fong attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with an Aerospace Concentration. In 2014, they also attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology for Mechanical Engineering.
