Heather Webb

Heather Webb is the Owner and Principal Consultant of Heather Webb Consulting, providing strategic guidance and executive coaching since September 2018. As a Co-Founder of Unstuck Potential and former President of CareerWise Colorado, Heather has demonstrated strong leadership skills, achieving significant organizational transformations and efficiencies. Previous roles include Vice President and Chief of Staff at Teach For America, where strategic advising and executive coaching were focal points, and President and CEO of See The Change Physics Makes, where organizational restructuring and stakeholder engagement were prioritized. In earlier positions, Heather developed key initiatives for educational equity at Leadership for Educational Equity and built alumni engagement at Teach For America, complementing an extensive career in education. Heather holds a BA in Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MS in Exercise Physiology from Wake Forest University.
