Professor Colin Grant

Professor Colin Grant currently serves as Deputy Vice Chancellor (Global) at UNSW, where responsibilities include leading global strategy focused on research collaboration and international policies. In addition to this role, Colin is the Director of UNSW College and a member of the Board of Advisors for The Group of Eight. Colin's previous experience includes Directorship at The Engineering & Design Institute London, and Vice Principal at Queen Mary University of London, as well as holding various advisory positions with the British Council and other educational organizations. An accomplished academic, Colin earned a PhD in Literature and Literary Theory from the University of Bath, completed postdoctoral research at Universität Siegen, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Heriot-Watt University.
