With a diverse background, Adam has previously worked as a consultant for Chesterfield Football Club, aiming to enhance the club’s commercial operations, and served as Centre Director for Derbion, overseeing multiple teams within one of the UK's top shopping centres. Adam's earlier roles include General Manager and Project Manager at intu and various marketing positions at Capital Shopping Centres and Westfield, where responsibilities ranged from marketing strategy to event management.
