Corey Kotlarz

Corey Kotlarz is an experienced professional in the field of call center outsourcing and business process outsourcing (BPO). Currently serving as a Limited Partner at Untapped Ventures since March 2024, Corey has been the Founder and President of Outsource Consultants since June 2013, providing expert advice on customer experience and BPO technology solutions. From January 2016 to January 2022, Corey led Cloud Call Center Search as Founder and President, specializing in cloud-based contact center solutions. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President of New Business Development at The Connection Call Center from January 1994 to June 2013, where Corey focused on creative solutions for corporations and strategic partnerships. Corey's career began as a Sales Executive at PrimeNet in early 1993. Corey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a graduate of St. Louis Park Senior High School.
