Matthias Helgers possesses extensive experience in sales and marketing within the food industry, currently serving in leadership roles at Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller since January 2017, including Geschäftsleitung Vertrieb & Marketing/Prokurist at Homann Chilled Food GmbH, and previously as Direktor Vertrieb Marke & Leiter Marketing Sparte Salat at Homann Service GmbH. Prior to this, Matthias held various positions at Ferrero from August 2008 to December 2016, culminating as Senior Key Account Manager. Early career experience includes roles at Stollwerck Schokoladen Vertriebs GmbH and REWE Group, where Matthias developed foundational skills in project management and wholesale trade.
