Ralf Wolter

Ralf Wolter currently serves as the Group Data Protection Officer (DPO) at Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller since January 2023. Ralf is the founder of the High-Performance Consulting & Coaching Group (HPCG), launched in February 2012, which specializes in consulting, coaching, and training to nurture talent in individuals and organizations. In addition, Ralf Wolter works as an independent consultant, trainer, and coach for PowerSpeaking, Inc., providing coaching for various speaking programs. Previously, Ralf Wolter held senior management roles at Cisco Systems, leading Technology Consulting Engineering for Europe, and at AT&T/NCR as a networking consultant. Ralf Wolter holds multiple certifications, including PCC from the International Coaching Federation and European Certified Data Protection Officer (ECDPO) from datenschutz.com Academy.
