Viktor Shen

Viktor Shen is a Junior Value Creation Analyst at UVC Partners and Co-Founder of NXT23, a fashion consulting firm known for the TUM Varsity Jacket project. With experience as a Board Member at 180 Degrees Consulting, a Data Analyst at FINN, and Co-Founder of the Yuni App, Viktor has developed a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and product management. Previous roles include internships at Demodesk and Schreiner Group GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on data processing, product analytics, and customer success. Viktor holds a Master’s degree in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich and has completed an exchange semester at Korea University.
