Andreas Both

Andreas Both has a strong background in finance and controlling. Andreas began their career as an Audit Assistant at Grant Thornton Germany from 2009 to 2012. Andreas then joined YASKAWA Europe, where they held multiple roles, including Auditor and Head of Finance and Controlling. During their time at YASKAWA, they successfully led teams, oversaw financial statements, managed treasury and cash flow, implemented process improvements, and achieved a 40% reduction in financial reporting closing times. Since 2022, Andreas has served as the Director of Finance at UnternehmerTUM, where they manage accounting and controlling teams, oversees financial statements and strategic planning, develops budgets, and monitors KPIs to support growth.

Andreas Both holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. Additionally, they have studied Economics, Financial Accounting (US-GAAP), and Manufacturing at the Auckland University of Technology.
