Juliane Schuster has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Juliane recently joined UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators in June 2021, where they focus on educational design and facilitation. Prior to this role, Juliane worked at UnternehmerTUM from 2017, serving as a Project Lead and Program Coordinator. Before that, they were part of the Social Entrepreneurship Akademie from 2016 to 2017, working on the Zertifikatsprogramm Gesellschaftliche Innovationen. Juliane also gained experience as a working student at UnternehmerTUM GmbH, where they focused on innovation and business creation from 2016 to 2017. Juliane has also worked as a freelancer at Facit Digital from 2013 to 2016 and had internships at Ketchum and The National Press Club in 2013 and WHITE Communications GmbH in 2007, respectively.

Juliane Schuster completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Media and Communication from the University of Augsburg in the years 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they participated in the Washington Semester Program at American University, focusing on Journalism and New Media. From 2014 to 2017, Juliane pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Consumer Affairs at the Technical University of Munich. Additionally, in 2015, they briefly studied Management, Economics, and Consumer Studies at Wageningen University & Research.
