Amir Salek

Amir Salek is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management since February 2022, Amir also holds roles as a Member of the Board of Directors and Senior Technical Advisor at Untether AI and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Avicena Tech. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Engineering at Google, where Amir led Silicon for Google Infrastructure and Cloud from October 2013 to February 2022, and as Director of Hardware Engineering at Nvidia from May 2005 to October 2013. Amir began a career at PMC-Sierra as Chip Lead from February 2000 to April 2005. Amir holds a PhD in Computer Engineering with a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
