Asish Oommen Abraham has worked in various roles in the hardware engineering field since 2012. Asish Oommen began their career as a Design Engineer at Texas Instruments, followed by a Senior Hardware Engineer role at Samsung in 2014. In 2016, they took on a Performance Modelling Intern role at AMD and a Summer Research Student role at Intelligent Sensory Microsystems Laboratory, where they were responsible for the synthesis and physical design of an OMSP430 block. In 2017, they became an ASIC Design Engineer 2 at AMD and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Hardware Engineer at Untether AI.

Asish Oommen Abraham completed their Master's Degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut between 2008 and 2012. Abraham also attended Rajagiri Public School, where they completed their AISSCE in 2008 and their AISSE in 2006. Abraham has also obtained three additional certifications from Coursera, including Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter Tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning, all obtained in 2021.
