Carlos Paneda

Carlos Paneda is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in product, test, and validation engineering. Currently serving as Sr Director of Engineering at Untether AI since July 2024, Paneda previously held the role of Sr Director for Product and Test Engineering at onsemi from January 2023 to August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Product, Test and Validation at Infineon Technologies from March 2020 to March 2023, and as Sr Test Engineering Manager at Power Integrations from January 2019 to March 2020. Paneda's early career included a position as Sr Director of Product, Test Validation Development Engineering at ON Semiconductor from April 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities involved managing global teams and overseeing budgets for mobile solutions within the Analog Product Group. Carlos Paneda holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, obtained in January 1990.
