Markus Le Roux

Markus Le Roux has been working in the software engineering and data science fields since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant at Yale-NUS Computational and Systems Biology, where they built a large scale plant metabolism in Python and wrote tooling to support server access and data collection. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Yale-NUS Center for Teaching and Learning as a Lead Mathematics Peer Tutor, where they tutored Linear Algebra and Quantitative Reasoning (Introductory Statistics) and worked with Professor overseeing tutoring and other tutors to improve quality of education. In 2018, they worked as a Data Science Intern at TINYpulse. Currently, they are working as an R&D Software Engineer at Untether AI.

Markus Le Roux has a strong educational background in Mathematics and Computer Science. Markus completed a Bachelor's degree from Yale-NUS College in 2019, having studied there from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they were a Special Student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, studying Mathematics and Computer Science. Markus then went on to complete a Master of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Oxford in 2020.
