Manila Kapoor

Manila Kapoor has worked in various companies and roles throughout their career. Starting in 2015, they began their career as an HR Junior Recruiter at Xentrix Studios, where they were responsible for scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and updating candidates on their interview status. Manila then joined Guriz Automation Pvt Ltd in 2016 as an HR Executive, where they handled recruitment processes, vendor management, and employee life cycle management.

In 2017, Manila joined Bridging Healthcare Technologies as an HR Executive-Operations, focusing on employee appraisals, motivation, engagement, and grievance management. Manila then moved on to DNEG in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they were responsible for sourcing candidates for VFX positions and interacting with stakeholders regarding new openings.

In 2021, Manila joined Technicolor Creative Studios as a Talent Acquisition Manager, leading a team of recruiters and hiring for the company's film and episodic studios. Manila then transitioned to the role of Talent Sourcing Manager and later as a Talent Lead before joining Untold Studios in 2023 as a Human Resources Executive.

Manila Kapoor obtained a Master's degree in electronic media with a specialization in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Garden City University between 2012 and 2014. In the same period, they also pursued a degree in Digital Film Making with a focus on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia at Cavalier Animation Studio, completing their studies in 2015.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Bishop Cotton Women's Christian Law College, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.

In 2020, Manila Kapoor enrolled in the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, where they are currently pursuing an Executive MBA with a specialization in HR. This program is expected to conclude in 2022.

In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Master Certificate in Physician Recruitment from LinkedIn in March 2021. In September 2020, they acquired certifications in HR as a Business Partner and Human Resources Foundations, also from LinkedIn. Manila'searliest certification, TA Analysis, was obtained from the YWCA Organization in January 2009.
