Denzil Mathews

Denzil Mathews has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Denzil is currently employed as a Patient Business Representative at AdventHealth Central Florida. Prior to this, they worked at UNTUCKit as a Sales Associate and later as a Supervisor. Denzil also served as an Information and Referral Specialist at Senior Resource Alliance, Area Agency on Aging in Orlando, Florida. In addition, Mathews gained experience as a Sales Associate at ANN INC (Ann Taylor | LOFT | Lou & Grey), Brooks Brothers, Donald Pliner, and Elie Tahari. Denzil also worked as an Assistant Manager at Brooks Brothers, Donald Pliner, SARAR, and Perry Ellis International, where they had additional responsibilities as a Supervisor.

Denzil Mathews began their education journey in 2005 at Horry-Georgetown Technical College, where they studied Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer. Denzil completed this program in 2006. Later, in 2016, they enrolled in Valencia College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Denzil also obtained a Certificate in Business Specialist from Valencia College during the same period, which ended in 2020. Denzil then continued their education at the University of Central Florida from 2020 to 2022, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Denzil has obtained various certifications. Denzil completed a series of courses on LinkedIn, including Talent Sourcing, Become an HR Business Partner, Become an L&D Professional, Develop Your HR Management and Leadership Skills, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for HR Professionals and Leaders, Recruit Diverse Talent and Promote Equitable Hiring, HR Guidelines Everyone Should Know, Human Resources Foundations, Human Resources: Diversity Recruiting, Human Resources: Selecting an HR System, and HR as a Business Partner. These certifications were obtained between May 2022 and January 2023. Denzil has also completed the LivingWorks Start Suicide and Engage Safety Resources training from LivingWorks in May 2022. Additionally, they hold certifications in Outlook Essential Training (Microsoft 365) and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn, which were obtained in April 2022. In September 2021, Denzil participated in the AT&T Summer Learning Academy Extern program, and they also completed the program in July 2020. Lastly, they obtained the IHI Open School Basic Certificate in Quality and Safety from IHI in April 2022.
