Sandra Scibelli

Sandra Scibelli has a strong background in retail management, starting with their current role as the Head of US Retail at UNTUCKit since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Regional Director East at Under Armour from September 2019 to July 2023. Before joining Under Armour, they worked at Athleta as the Regional Director East from October 2017 to July 2019.

From 2008 to 2017, Scibelli worked at Bath & Body Works and White Barn, where they held the title of Associate Vice President | Regional Vice President. In this role, they managed a total of 200 stores, with $400 million in annual sales, and oversaw 16 district managers and approximately 6,000 associates.

Earlier in their career, Scibelli held the position of Regional Vice President | District Manager - NY & NJ at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from September 2000 to August 2007. This role involved overseeing a region with 62 stores in 13 states and Canada and training district managers.

Scibelli first entered the retail industry as a Regional Director at SEPHORA from 1998 to 2000.

Sandra Scibelli completed their undergraduate education from 1985 to 1989 at Bowdoin College, where they earned two Bachelor's degrees in Art History and Studio Art. In 2021, they attended Northwestern University and obtained a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Additionally, in July 2020, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn.
