Tania Trucchia is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Unum Aircraft Seating. Prior to this role, Tania held the position of Component Reliability and Engineering Director at AAR for four years. With experience in the aviation industry, Tania has also worked as the Head of Product Support at Acro Aircraft Seating and held various technical and warranty-related roles at AJW Group. Tania began their career in the repairs department at Alitalia Compagnia Aerea Italiana SpA and later worked in technical purchasing at Air One. Tania obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
