Be Heard uses Unum ID to let you prove you're a constituent, not a bot or foreign actor. We send you a postcard in the mail with an encrypted QR code you scan to verify you live at that address. Why is this so important? Because fraudulent acotrs outnumber real Americans 19:1 online. For example, Pew Research found that, of the 21.7 million messages the FCC received in its public comment period for net neutrality, a shocking 94% were fake or duplicate.
