Ashley Ramsey

Ashley Ramsey (Howe) serves as the Finance Director of Business Planning and Analysis at Unum since June 2020, overseeing the Group premium and expense planning process. Previous roles at Unum include Senior PDP Associate in Group Pricing, where responsibilities involved pricing strategy and broker compensation analysis, and Project Manager for the Expense Management and Optimization initiative, which focused on enhancing business analysis tools and data reporting. Early career experience includes positions as a Small Case Underwriter at Unum, Summer Associate for Internal Audit at Aetna, and Accounting Intern at Global Energy Solutions. Ashley Ramsey (Howe) also coached at the Connecticut College Women's Basketball Camp. Ashley Ramsey (Howe) holds a degree from Connecticut College, obtained in 2020, and graduated from Thornton Academy in 2016.
