Caitlin Michaelis

Caitlin Michaelis, an MBA holder and US-UK dual citizen, currently serves as the Director of Partner Management Governance at Unum, where responsibilities include supporting the Senior Vice President of Client Success and overseeing key initiatives within a large department. Previously, Caitlin held various roles at Unum, such as Director of Operational Effectiveness and Strategic Sourcing Category Manager, focusing on managing professional services spend and developing vendor strategies. Prior experience includes positions at Anthem, Inc. as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Consultant, and at Rolls-Royce North America as a Strategic Buyer, following a Graduate Development Program in Supply Chain Management. Caitlin has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in International Business from Birmingham City University. Notably, Caitlin was recognized as the first Spotlight Alumnus by the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech in January 2018.
