Florence Stallard

Florence Stallard, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and food service management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Unum since July 2021, Florence also holds the position of Director of Food & Nutrition Services at Morrison Healthcare, a role initiated in March 2016. Prior to these roles, Florence worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. from July 2014 to August 2015. Florence holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration/Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from The University of Tennessee.
