Heather E. Craig

Heather E. Craig, MA Management, has extensive experience as a Digital Learning Developer and Learning Consultant at Unum since September 2005, where responsibilities include managing leaves under various laws and corporate policies, developing future leaders, and contributing as an interim FMLA Operations Consultant. In addition to corporate roles, Heather has a solid background in music education and instruction, serving as a voice instructor since July 2005 and taking on various musical directorship roles with The Colonnade and other organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Global Management from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Music Education from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
