Ishwar G. is an AI/ML Engineer at Unum since February 2024, where innovative RAG-based LLM workflows were designed using LangChain and FAISS embeddings, resulting in a 60% reduction in manual document search time and $3.2 million in annual savings for claims teams. Previously, as a Machine Learning Engineer at Infinite Infolab from March 2019 to July 2022, Ishwar G. led the development of arrhythmia prediction models utilizing the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database, creating clinical-grade algorithms that enhanced early detection of cardiac issues and timeliness of interventions, while also improving model accuracy from 62% to 82% through advanced ECG signal preprocessing techniques. Currently, Ishwar G. is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Machine Learning at The University of Texas at Dallas, with expected completion in May 2024.
