Julia Bailin

Julia Bailin has over 13 years of experience at Unum, where various roles include Assistant Vice President in multiple divisions focused on product management, transformation, and customer engagement. Julia has successfully led initiatives to enhance leave management experiences for new parents and developed new features for user comfort through design thinking. In previous roles, Julia served as Director of Client Experience and Director of Sales Enablement, concentrating on digital transformation and client onboarding using the Salesforce platform. Prior to joining Unum, Julia worked in marketing and advertising, beginning as an Account Executive and progressing to a Marketing Specialist. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Dartmouth College.
