Saumya Rastogi

Saumya Rastogi is a Principal Data Scientist at Unum since July 2021, specializing in analytical thought leadership and project methodology to guide technical and business initiatives for both onshore and offshore teams. Prior experience includes a Senior Data Scientist position at Deloitte and a Data Science Consultant role focusing on Analytics & Cognitive, Applied AI. At EXL Consulting, Saumya built product and pricing strategies for a global insurer, utilizing advanced statistical modeling for risk and price optimization. Saumya has also contributed as a volunteer at Sweccha, served as Placement Coordinator at Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya, and worked as a Research Assistant at the Confederation of Indian Industry. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Delhi.
