Susan D. Devore

Ms. DeVore has served as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Premier Inc., a leading health care improvement company, since its initial public offering in 2013. She also served as its President until April 2019. She served in the same capacity for its predecessor company, Premier Healthcare Solutions, Inc. from 2009 to 2013 prior to its reorganization. She also previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for a number of affiliated Premier entities from 2006 to 2009. Prior to joining Premier, Ms. DeVore had two decades of finance, strategy and healthcare consulting experience. She also qualifies as an audit committee financial expert under SEC regulations.
