Tim Sox

Tim Sox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership, innovation, and technology management. Currently serving as Director/Senior Product Owner at Unum since December 2013, Tim Sox specializes in Agile and SAFe methodologies, collaborating with stakeholders to define solutions and prioritize development efforts. Previously, as Director of Innovation, Tim Sox led initiatives to foster an innovative culture within the organization. Prior experience includes a tenure at Colonial Life as Director of Enrollment Solutions, where leadership was provided in the planning and strategic direction of enrollment operational support systems. Earlier career responsibilities included managing the Media Services department at the University of South Carolina, overseeing substantial technology resources and personnel. Tim Sox holds a Master's degree in Media Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Music/Audiovisual Production, both from the University of South Carolina.
