Timothy Pratico

Timothy Pratico, CPA, currently serves as Manager of the Accounting & Finance Development Program at Unum, where responsibilities include managing premium, commission, reserves, and deferred acquisition cost accounting for the Voluntary Benefits segment. Timothy has spearheaded modernization initiatives using Alteryx and Tableau to enhance process efficiency and collaborates with various finance teams to analyze operating results. Prior experience encompasses roles at Unum and EY, where Timothy handled accounting for alternative investments, conducted income tax audits, and provided tax compliance services. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
