Domino Risch is a seasoned workplace strategist, designer, and work futurist, with a focus on enhancing the human experience in modern work environments. Over a successful 25-year career, they served as Principal and Global Commercial & Workplace Sector Lead at Hassell from 2017 to 2023, and previously as Workplace Director at Architecture BVN. Currently, Domino is the Director of Workplace Strategy at UnWork and the Founder & Director of Placeology, where they continue to innovate in workplace strategy and design. A recognized thought leader, they are also a founding member of the Future of Work Alliance and actively contribute to initiatives supporting neurodiversity and wellbeing in the workplace.
