Toni Marco has been working in the customer service industry since 2010. Toni began their career as a Dependiente de tienda at Massimo Dutti in 2010. Toni then moved on to become a Camarero at Siddharta Bar and Eclipse, Bar Restaurant in 2010 and 2011, respectively. In 2012, they became a Camarero de bar at Puerto de Cuba. In 2013, they were an Empleado at Hotel Alfonso XIII. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Guest Relationships at The Onion Collective and is currently a Customer Experience Manager at UNYQ.

Toni Marco completed a Tecnico Superior en Gestion de Alojamientos Turísticos at IES Murillo from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Grado in Fisioterapia/Fisioterapeuta at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya from 2007 to 2009. Toni also completed a degree in Historia at Universidad de Sevilla from 2005 to 2007.
