Joy Sen Guptaa has over 15 years of extensive experience in the creative industry, currently serving as the Creative Director at Unyscape since January 2021. Prior to this role, Joy worked as an Advertising & Design Consultant as a self-employed professional from May 2018 to January 2021, and held positions at various agencies including Brain Maalish as a Creative Consultant, Cheil India as a Senior Creative Director, and MullenLowe Lintas Group as a Unit Creative Director. Earlier experience includes significant roles at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, Contract Advertising, and DDB Mudra, where responsibilities spanned creative planning, team leadership, and complete creative custody from concept to production. Educational background includes completion of studies at Father Agnel School from 1984 to 1999.
