Gia Lee

Gia Lee is a dedicated Recruiting Specialist at UOffer, with experience since June 2019 in developing hiring plans, creating job advertisements, and networking with potential candidates. Responsibilities also include collaborating with hiring managers on qualification criteria, conducting interviews, and tracking hiring metrics. Previously, Gia served as a Recruitment Intern at U-Offer from December 2018 to February 2019, assisting in recruitment processes, managing job postings, and participating in candidate interviews. Gia holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in May 2019.
