Kwa Bing Seng

Mr Kwa was appointed as Chief Financial Officer on 1 January 2021. He oversees the Finance, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications and Information Technology functions of the Group. Prior to this, he was the Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Before joining UOL in 2007, he was the financial controller of another listed company. In the early part of his professional career, Mr Kwa also held various audit and academic positions. He is a Director of several UOL and PPHG subsidiaries.Mr Kwa has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education from the National Institute of Education.
