Jefferson Lima

Jefferson Lima is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in agile methodologies, team coordination, and customer-centric solutions. At UOL, Jefferson has managed relationships between multiple agile teams since March 2018, fostering team development through coaching and implementing a custom 360 evaluation process. Prior roles include software development coordinator, where efforts led to significant improvements in customer satisfaction and process automation. Jefferson's experience also includes project management at Tokenlab and Invillia, overseeing mobile app development and leading multiple agile teams. Jefferson holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from UNIARA.
