Leandro Ramos has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Leandro started their career as a coordinator of telemarketing at Atento, where they supervised a team and monitored the quality of customer service. Leandro then transitioned to Yahoo and worked as an analyst, focusing on communication. After that, they joined UOL - Universo Online as a communication analyst, later becoming the coordinator of communication for the product UOL Cliques. Currently, they hold the position of Head of UOL ads, DCO, and AdExchange, leading a team of programmatic specialists and managing relationships with brands, agencies, and trading desks.
Leandro Ramos obtained a degree in Gestão de Negócios com Ênfase em Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in the years 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, they completed a degree in Letras, specializing in Língua Portuguesa e Literaturas de Língua Portuguesa from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2004 and 2009. In addition, Leandro has also obtained certifications in "Be the Manager Who Fights for Their Team" and "How to Think Strategically" from LinkedIn, with the year of completion stated as 2023.
